These tend to be very easy. The answer is almost always a word that comes BEFORE the highlighted pronoun you have been asked about. If the highlighted word that they are asking you about introduces an adjective clause----like THAT or WHICH----then find the answer in the same sentence's MAIN CLAUSE. Keep in mind gender and singular / plural agreement. HE cannot refer to "Hillary Clinton". and THEY cannot refer to "the dog"!
